How do I cancel a TSN subscription?
Answer
Cancel TSN from the same platform that billed it—often Roku subscriptions, a cable or provider account, Apple, Google, or the TSN/Bell Media account. Turn off auto-renew and keep the confirmation date.

- Ignore strangers who ask for your Roku or bank login to cancel TSN for you.
Follow these steps
Find the billing source
Check your card or bank statement for TSN, Bell Media, Roku, Apple, or Google next to the charge so you know which account controls renewal.
You should see: You know which platform is billing the TSN subscription.
Cancel in that account
Sign in to that platform's subscriptions page. For Roku, open Subscriptions, select TSN, and choose Cancel subscription or Turn off auto-renew.
You should see: TSN shows as canceled or set to end on a specific date.
Confirm the end date
Save the confirmation email or screenshot showing the access end date, and verify no new TSN renewal appears after that date.
You should see: You have proof the subscription will not renew.

Extra tips
What to look for: The TSN charge on a bank statement, the platform name next to it, and a Cancel subscription or Turn off auto-renew control.
Before you change anything: Check the bank or card statement for the exact bill-from name. Cancel before the next renewal date if you want to avoid another charge. Save a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation. Do not give remote access to anyone offering to cancel it for you.
