Extra tips
What to look for: An Alen account Sign In page, Auto-Ship, Subscribe, or Manage Orders controls, and a cancellation confirmation email.
Before you change anything: Have the account email and customer number ready if you have one. Check whether filters were ordered through Alen’s site or a retailer. Cancel before the next shipment cutoff if shown. Do not share your password with callers.
