How do I cancel a MyIQ subscription?

Answer

Cancel MyIQ from the service’s own Help or Support Cancellation Portal while signed into the same account that was billed. After cancellation, access usually continues through the end of the current billing period, then auto-renew stops.

Follow these steps

  1. Sign in to the MyIQ account

Open the official MyIQ website or app and sign in with the account that owns the subscription.

You should see: You reach your MyIQ account or membership area while signed in.

  2. Open the Cancellation Portal

Open Help or Support and select the Cancellation Portal (or equivalent Cancel Subscription option).

You should see: A cancellation page for the active MyIQ subscription appears.

  3. Confirm cancellation

Follow the prompts to cancel auto-renew and save any confirmation email or on-screen receipt.

You should see: MyIQ shows the subscription as canceled or set to end after the current billing period.

  4. If billed by an app store, cancel there too

If the charge came from Google Play or the App Store, also open that store’s Subscriptions list and cancel MyIQ there so renewals stop at the store level.

You should see: The store shows MyIQ as canceled or expiring at period end, with no future renewal date.

Extra tips

What to look for: Help or Support menus, a Cancellation Portal link, and confirmation that auto-renew is turned off for the current billing period.

Before you change anything: Confirm which email or account was used for MyIQ. Check whether billing shows on a card statement, Google Play, or the App Store so you cancel in the right place. Screenshot or save any cancellation confirmation. Never share account passwords with unexpected callers offering to cancel for you.
