How do I cancel a BOTIM transfer or transaction request?
Answer
Open BOTIM, go to the transfer or BOTIM Pay record, and cancel only if the status still allows it. If the transfer is already processing or completed, use the in-app record and official BOTIM support instead of third-party cancel links.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Ignore popups or messages that demand an extra fee to cancel or reverse a transfer.
Follow these steps
Open the transfer record in BOTIM
Open BOTIM, go to BOTIM Pay, Wallet, or Transactions, and open the exact transfer or request you want to cancel.
You should see: You see the current status, amount, and any Cancel or Support option for that record.
Cancel only if the status still allows it
If the status is pending or waiting for acceptance, use Cancel or Decline on that screen and confirm. If Cancel is missing, the transfer may already be processing or finished.
You should see: The status updates to canceled, or the app explains that cancellation is no longer available.
Check timing for bank withdrawals
If this was a withdrawal to a bank account, note the expected arrival window shown in the app. Bank transfers often take one or more working days and can be slower around public holidays.
You should see: You know whether the payment is still within the normal processing window.
Contact official BOTIM support if money is stuck
If the status shows no progress or the money seems missing after the normal window, use Help or Support inside BOTIM. Include the registered mobile number and a screenshot of the transfer record.
You should see: You have a support request with the transaction details BOTIM needs to investigate.

Extra tips
What to look for: The transfer status in BOTIM (pending, processing, completed, or failed), the amount, date, and any error message on the transaction screen.
Before you change anything: Open only the official BOTIM app from your phone’s app store. Note the transfer amount, time, and current status before contacting support. Do not pay an unexpected “release” or “cancel” fee from a popup or text link. Never share your BOTIM PIN, password, or one-time codes with unexpected callers.
