Follow these steps
Open carrier voicemail, not just the notification
Open the Phone app’s Voicemail tab, or press and hold 1 (or dial your own number) to reach the carrier voicemail menu. Enter your PIN only on that phone keypad prompt.
You should see: You hear or see the voicemail menu and can list messages.
Delete every remaining message
Delete new, saved, and deleted/trash messages. Also remove any custom greetings or name recordings only if the menu shows they are using mailbox space and your carrier docs say that helps.
You should see: The mailbox list is empty or nearly empty, with no leftover saved items.
Refresh the mailbox status
End the voicemail call, wait one to two minutes, then restart the phone. Place a test call from another line and try leaving a short message.
You should see: The full-mailbox prompt is gone, or a new message can be left.
If it still says full, contact the carrier
If the phone and dial-in menu both look empty but callers still hear mailbox full, contact your mobile carrier support and ask them to reset or clear the network voicemail box for your number.
