Stop any photo transfer
Cancel any ongoing upload from the Uhale app, a USB stick, or a card reader. Wait until the frame is idle before troubleshooting.
You should see: No transfer is in progress and the Memory full message is still visible or returns when you try again.
Remove the microSD card and USB drive
Safely eject or gently remove any microSD card or USB storage from the frame so you can test internal memory alone.
You should see: Nothing is inserted in the frame’s storage slots.
Power-cycle the frame
Turn the frame off completely, unplug it for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in and power it on with no card or USB inserted.
