How do I fix an OKP K2 robot vacuum that will not charge?

If an OKP K2 will not charge, confirm the robot’s main power switch is ON, reseat it firmly on the original dock and adapter, then power-cycle the dock and robot. On many K2 units, docking with the main switch off can trigger a charging error with beeps and a red light.

- Use the original OKP adapter when possible. An incorrect power supply can prevent charging or damage the dock.
Follow these steps
Power-cycle the charging dock
Unplug the dock from the wall for about 2 minutes, then plug it back in and confirm the dock has power.
You should see: The dock is powered and ready before the robot is placed on it.
Turn the robot main switch fully ON
Open the faceplate or cover and set the main ON/OFF switch to ON. If the switch was off while docked, leave it ON before retrying a charge.
You should see: The main power switch is clearly ON and the robot can wake or accept charge commands.
Reseat the robot on the dock
Wipe the metal charging contacts on the robot and dock, then place the K2 straight onto the dock so the contacts align. Leave it for several minutes.
You should see: Charging begins, or the previous beep and red-light charging error stops.
Soft reset if charging still fails
Remove the robot, turn the main switch OFF for 30 seconds, turn it back ON, and place it carefully on the dock again. If the battery may be deeply discharged, leave it on the original adapter and dock for a few hours.
