Follow these steps
Remove risky app permissions
Open Settings and review Accessibility, Device admin apps, Notification access, and Install unknown apps. Turn off or remove access for anything you do not recognize, then uninstall those apps.
You should see: Suspicious admin or accessibility access is removed and unknown apps are gone or ready to uninstall.
Run Play Protect and install updates
Open the Google Play Store, open Play Protect, run a scan, and remove anything Play Protect flags. Then install available Android system and Google Play updates.
You should see: Play Protect completes a scan and the phone has the latest available security updates.
Secure the Google account from another device
On a different trusted computer or phone, sign in to the Google account, change the password, review recent devices and app passwords, and turn on 2-Step Verification if it is not already on.
You should see: The Google account password is new and unfamiliar sign-ins can be removed.
Test whether the phone is usable again
Restart the Android phone and check whether popups, unknown apps, or blocked screens are gone. Try calls, messages, and Settings once more.
You should see: Normal use returns, or the phone remains unstable enough to need a reset.
Factory reset only after backup
If the phone is still unusable, back up photos and files if possible, then use Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset), or recovery-mode reset if Settings will not open. Sign back in only after the Google password has been changed.
You should see: The phone starts clean, and the previous unwanted behavior does not return after setup.
