Follow these steps
Try the Accessibility Shortcut
Quickly press the side button three times. On some models this is the top button. Wait a moment to see if VoiceOver turns off.
You should see: VoiceOver stops speaking and normal taps work again.
Use VoiceOver gestures if it stays on
Swipe with one finger to move the selection, tap once to select a control, then double-tap to activate it. Use this to unlock the phone if needed.
You should see: You can navigate to the Home Screen or Settings even with VoiceOver still enabled.
Turn VoiceOver off in Settings
Open Settings, then Accessibility, then VoiceOver, and turn VoiceOver off. You can also ask Siri “Turn off VoiceOver” if Siri is available.
You should see: VoiceOver is disabled and the phone responds to ordinary taps.
Review the Accessibility Shortcut
Go to Settings, Accessibility, Accessibility Shortcut, and confirm whether VoiceOver is assigned to the triple-click. Leave it enabled only if you want that shortcut.
