How do I sign in to the Soundcore app for a home speaker when it will not open?

Answer

Try signing in from a standard browser such as Chrome on the same network, and temporarily turn off VPN, ad blockers, or private relay that can block the login page.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Only download the Soundcore app from the official Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Follow these steps

  1. Try signing in with Chrome

On a phone or computer at home, open Chrome and sign in through the official Soundcore account or app login flow instead of relying only on a stuck in-app session.

You should see: The login page loads and accepts your account, or shows a clear error message.

  2. Disable VPN, ad blocker, or private relay

Temporarily turn off any VPN, content blocker, or private relay, then retry the app or browser login on the same Wi-Fi.

You should see: The sign-in page completes without hanging.

  3. Update or reinstall the official app

Install any available update for the Soundcore app from the official app store, or reinstall it, then sign in again.

You should see: The app opens to your account or device list.

  4. Power-cycle the speaker and reconnect

Unplug the home speaker for about 30 seconds, plug it back in, and try discovering it again in the app once signed in.

You should see: The speaker appears in the app and can be controlled.

Extra tips

What to look for: Any error code on the app login screen, a spinning sign-in page that never finishes, or a message that the service is unavailable.

Before you change anything: Confirm you are using the official Soundcore app or the official account page. Stay on your home Wi-Fi if the speaker is local. Write down any exact error text before changing network settings. Never share your account password with unexpected callers.
