Follow these steps
Sign in to SHEIN
Open the official SHEIN app or shein.com and sign in with the account that placed the order.
You should see: You see your account home and can open Orders.
Open the affected order
Go to Orders and select the order that contained the wrong product. Confirm the order number matches your confirmation email.
You should see: The order detail page lists the items and any Return / Refund actions.
Start Return Item
Tap Return Item (or Refund / Return), select only the wrong unit, and choose a reason such as wrong item received or item not as described.
You should see: SHEIN asks for details or photos and shows return options.
Submit photos and finish the request
Upload clear photos of the incorrect product and packing label, submit the request, then follow the on-screen return shipping or pickup instructions.
You should see: You receive a return confirmation and next steps for sending the item back or getting a refund.
Contact SHEIN support if Return is unavailable
If the order has no Return option, use SHEIN’s in-app Help / Contact Us for that order and explain that the wrong product was delivered.
You should see: Support opens a case for refund, reshipment, or an exception return.
