How do I return Samsung remotes if I cannot find the order number or packing slip?

Answer

You usually do not need the paper packing slip if you can recover the Samsung.com order from the account email, order history, or payment-card statement. Start the return from that order page; if the package itself never arrived, use the carrier tracking claim path instead.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Only use return links from your Samsung order history or official support pages. Unexpected texts claiming to process a refund are often scams.

Follow these steps

  1. Recover the order from email or Samsung account

Search your email for Samsung order confirmations and open Samsung.com Orders while signed into the purchase account. Look for the two remotes by date, model, or price.

You should see: You find the order number and a Start return or similar option for those remotes.

  2. Start the return without the packing slip

From the order details, choose return for each remote that qualifies, follow the on-screen reason and shipping-label steps, and pack the remotes with any included accessories. Keep a photo of the label and tracking number.

You should see: Samsung provides a return label or drop-off instructions, and the return shows as started on the order.

  3. If the order still cannot be found, contact Samsung with purchase proof

Contact Samsung support through the official site and provide the purchase email, approximate date, billed amount, and last four digits of the card. Ask them to locate the order and email a return label.

You should see: Support identifies the order or explains the next proof needed to process the return.

  4. If the package never arrived, use carrier tracking claims

Open the carrier tracking page from the Samsung shipment email. For a long gap with no scans, start the carrier’s delayed or lost package process (for example FedEx missing-shipment tools after an extended no-scan period, or USPS delayed/lost mail tools), and also notify Samsung so the order can be refunded or resent.

You should see: You have a carrier claim or inquiry number and Samsung has been told the shipment is missing.

Extra tips

What to look for: A Samsung order confirmation email, the remotes listed under Orders in the Samsung account, or carrier tracking that shows delivered versus no recent scans.

Before you change anything: Search email for Samsung, order confirmation, or the remote model name. Note the approximate purchase date and the card used. Confirm whether the remotes arrived and you are returning them, or the package is missing in transit. Use only official Samsung or carrier websites—not unexpected text or popup links.
