Extra tips
What to look for: The Securus or facility number in Settings > Privacy & Security > Blocked Contacts, Screen Unknown Callers set to Silence, and an active Focus mode.
Before you change anything: Know the number the facility shows on caller ID if possible. Turn off Silence Unknown Callers before testing. Keep scam blockers disabled only as long as needed for the expected call window. Do not share personal codes with unexpected callers claiming to be the facility.
