Follow these steps
Rule out a temporary lockout
If the phone says try again later, wait for the timer to finish. Re-enter the PIN slowly and try any secondary unlock method such as fingerprint if it still appears.
You should see: The phone unlocks, or it clearly continues to reject the PIN after the wait.
Use Find My Device
From another device, open Google's official Find My Device site, sign in with the phone's Google account, select the device, and use Unlock or Erase if offered.
You should see: The lock is cleared remotely, or the phone starts erasing.
Factory reset from recovery
If remote options fail, boot into recovery mode with the model's button combination and choose Wipe data / Factory reset. Confirm only if you accept losing on-device data.
You should see: The phone restarts to initial setup.
Sign in after reset
During setup, enter the same Google account that was on the phone to pass Factory Reset Protection, then create a new PIN you can remember.
