Follow these steps
Try any remaining unlock options

You should see: Either the tablet unlocks, or only the PIN entry screen remains with no recovery link.
Confirm a Google backup exists
From another phone or computer, sign in at the official Google account page and check that photos, contacts, or device backups are available for that account.

Enter recovery mode and factory reset
