Follow these steps
See which accounts are on the new iPhone
Open Settings > Mail > Accounts and list every account shown. Note whether Outlook/Exchange/Microsoft is missing or erroring.
You should see: You know whether Outlook still needs to be added.
Remove a broken mail account if needed
If an Outlook entry exists but never syncs, remove it, then restart the iPhone.
You should see: The broken account is gone and Mail only shows working accounts.
Add Outlook again
Go to Settings > Mail > Add Account, choose Microsoft Outlook or Exchange as appropriate, and sign in with the Microsoft account, allowing Mail to sync.
You should see: Outlook appears in Accounts with Mail enabled.
Verify new messages
Open Mail or the Outlook app, refresh the inbox, and send a test message from the laptop account.
You should see: New Outlook messages appear on the iPhone.
