How long should I hold a pose in the Muscle Booster app?
Answer
Follow the on-screen timer in Muscle Booster for each move—hold or stand for the full countdown shown. If no timer appears, use the exercise instruction text, which commonly uses short holds of about 20–45 seconds depending on the program.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Stop exercising if you feel pain, chest discomfort, or dizziness.
- Only update the app from official app stores.
Follow these steps
Read the exercise card timer
On the current Muscle Booster move, check the countdown timer or listed hold duration and stay in position until it completes.
You should see: You hold for the exact time the app requests.
Follow reps if no hold timer exists
If the move is reps-based, complete the shown repetitions with controlled form instead of timing a long stand.
You should see: The app advances to the next exercise after the prescribed reps.
Adjust workout level if holds feel wrong
Leave the exercise if needed, open the workout or difficulty settings, and choose an easier or shorter variation when available.
You should see: Later moves show more suitable durations.
Restart the app if the screen freezes
If the pose screen does not advance, force-close Muscle Booster, reopen it, and resume the workout from the same session if offered.
You should see: The timer runs and the workout progresses normally.

Before you change anything: Wear supportive shoes if the move requires standing. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unsafe form. Confirm you opened the correct workout inside Muscle Booster. Use official App Store or Google Play updates only.
