Follow these steps
Review active Telegram devices
Open Telegram > Settings > Privacy and Security > Devices and terminate any sessions you do not recognize.
You should see: Only your current device remains signed in.
Turn on 2-step verification
In Privacy and Security, enable Two-Step Verification with a password you have not shared in chat, and store the recovery email securely.
You should see: Telegram requires the extra password for future logins.
Secure related wallets and move funds if you still can
If you can still open a legitimate wallet you control, move remaining funds to a new wallet whose seed phrase was never shared. If access is denied, stop sending assets to recovery helpers.
You should see: Remaining funds are moved to a safe wallet, or you confirm the old wallet is no longer accessible.
Block and report scam contacts
Block the people or bots involved, report the chat in Telegram if available, and ignore anyone who messages you offering paid recovery.
