Why did my water flosser stop working?

Water flossers often stop because of a depleted charge, clogged tip, poorly seated handle, or a failed battery. Charge fully, clear the tip and reservoir path, reseat the handle, and test again before assuming the unit is dead.

Follow these steps
Charge the handle fully
Place the handle on the official charger until the charge indicator shows complete, then remove it and try powering on.
You should see: Lights or buttons respond, or the unit still shows no life after a full charge.
Reseat the tip and clear clogs
Remove the tip, rinse it, check for debris in the tip and handle outlet, then snap the tip firmly back on until it clicks.
You should see: Water can pass through the tip path without blockage.
Refill and test the pump
Fill the reservoir with clean water, seat the handle correctly, choose a low pressure mode if available, and run a short test into a sink.
You should see: A normal spray returns, or the motor stays silent/weak.
Decide on warranty or replacement
If there is still no response after a full charge and clean water path, contact the manufacturer for battery or unit replacement options.
