Why does a Guardio app say you are not covered after paying?
Answer
Sign back into Guardio with the same Apple ID used for the App Store purchase, then restore purchases from the app. Confirm the subscription is active under Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
Follow these steps
Confirm the Apple ID that was charged
Open Settings > your name > Media & Purchases or Subscriptions and look for Guardio. Note the Apple ID at the top of Settings.
You should see: You see whether Guardio is listed as an active subscription on this Apple ID.
Sign into Guardio with that account
In the Guardio app, sign out if needed, then sign in with the email tied to the paying Apple ID or the account you used at signup.
You should see: The app accepts the login without immediately demanding a new plan.
Restore purchases
In Guardio settings or the paywall screen, tap Restore purchases and wait for Apple to verify.
You should see: Premium coverage activates on the app.
Request help if still unpaid-looking
If Subscriptions shows active but Guardio does not, contact Guardio support with the Apple transaction ID; request an App Store refund for duplicate charges if you were billed twice.
You should see: Support links the entitlement or Apple processes a duplicate-charge review.

Extra tips
What to look for: Guardio on iPhone says you are not covered or must pay again after App Store charges already posted.
Before you change anything: Find the App Store charge emails for Guardio. Know which Apple ID was signed in when you paid. Avoid buying a third time until restore purchases is tried.
