Follow these steps
Inspect and clear the prop
With power off, check the prop for fishing line, weeds, or damage, then clear debris before testing again.
You should see: The prop spins freely by hand with no wrapped line.
Verify battery voltage and connections
Confirm both 12V LiFePO4 batteries are charged, series wiring is correct for 24V, and terminals are tight and clean.

Confirm GPS head orientation
Compare the GPS receiver mounting direction and cable routing with Minn Kota’s installation diagram for your kit.
