Why won’t my Audien Atom Pro hearing aids charge?

Answer

Reseat the aids correctly in the case with clean contacts and a known-good cable or outlet; if no red or green lights appear, the case power path or the aids’ charging contacts are the usual failure points.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Do not use liquids on charging contacts unless the manufacturer specifically allows a cleaning method.

Follow these steps

  1. Confirm case power

Connect the charging case with a known-working cable and adapter, and verify the case shows any power indication it normally has.

You should see: The case is receiving power, or the cable/adapter path is ruled out.

  2. Reseat the aids correctly

Place each aid so the removal wire sits in the hollow section without bending, and confirm the contacts touch the case pads.

You should see: Red charging lights appear, or still no lights show.

  3. Clean contacts and retry

Wipe the metal contacts on the aids and in the case with a dry lint-free cloth, then reseat and charge for several minutes.

You should see: Charging lights start, or the no-light condition continues.

  4. Contact Audien support if lights never appear

If correctly seated aids still show no red or green lights on a powered case, contact Audien support or warranty service with the model and purchase details.

You should see: A replacement, repair, or further official troubleshooting is offered.

Extra tips

What to look for: No red flashing during charge, no steady green when full, removal wire position in the hollow section, and whether the case itself receives power

Before you change anything: Try a different wall adapter and USB cable if possible. Clean charging contacts gently with a dry cloth. Do not force bent wires into the case. Keep the original purchase info if warranty replacement is needed.
