How do I fix a Lifepro unit that will not turn on?

Answer

Plug the Lifepro directly into a wall outlet, confirm the main power switch is lit, hold the power button for a full 3 seconds, and reseat all connectors after a 60-second unplug.

Before you start: stop right away if…

  • Do not operate the device if cords are damaged or you smell burning.

Follow these steps

  1. Plug directly into a working wall outlet

Bypass power strips and extension cords for this test. Confirm another device works in the same outlet, then connect the Lifepro.

You should see: The outlet is proven good and the Lifepro is directly powered.

  2. Check the main switch and hold power

Turn on the main power switch so its indicator is lit, then press and hold the power button for a full 3 seconds rather than a quick tap.

You should see: The unit starts, or the switch lights while the unit still stays off.

  3. Reseat power connections

Unplug the unit for 60 seconds, then firmly reconnect the wall plug and any device-side connectors before trying the 3-second power hold again.

You should see: A loose connector issue clears, or the no-power symptom remains.

  4. Test the remote and contact support

Replace remote batteries and test again. If the main switch lights but the unit never runs, contact Lifepro or the seller through official warranty support.

You should see: The unit runs, or you have enough detail for a warranty replacement path.

Extra tips

What to look for: Whether the main power switch indicator lights, whether a quick tap versus a 3-second hold is being used, and whether the outlet itself works with another device

Before you change anything: Test the outlet with a lamp or phone charger. Use the original power cord and connectors. Install fresh remote batteries if the remote is required to start the unit. Do not open sealed motor housings while plugged in.
