Follow these steps
Confirm the SIM and start activation
Insert the Straight Talk SIM if it is not already in, power on the phone, and complete activation in the Straight Talk app or on Straight Talk’s official activation page with your plan details.
You should see: Activation is submitted and the phone shows a waiting or activating status.
Wait for provisioning
Leave the phone on with a Wi‑Fi or signal connection. Wait about 30 seconds after each status change, then allow several more minutes (often up to about 10–30 minutes) for the network to finish activating the line.
You should see: The activating message clears, or the status updates to not activated / active with a clearer result.
Power-cycle and recheck mobile network
Turn the phone fully off, wait 2 to 3 minutes, then turn it back on. Open Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network and make sure the SIM / mobile data is turned on.

Retry or contact Straight Talk
