How do I remove a weBoost unit from the wall when the mounting tabs will not release?

Follow these steps
Power down and free the cables
Unplug the weBoost power supply. Loosen or disconnect coax and power cables enough that the unit can slide without the cables holding it against the wall.
You should see: The unit can move a little without cable tension pulling it back.
Find how the unit seats on the bracket
Look at the sides, top, and bottom for press-tabs, spring clips, or slots. Note whether the unit likely slides up, down, or straight off the bracket. Check the label for the exact model so you can match the official mounting diagram.
You should see: You know the likely slide direction and where the locking tabs are.
Press each locking tab while sliding
Support the unit with one hand. With the other hand, press or lift each locking tab in the release direction, then slide the unit off the bracket in the seating direction (often upward or outward). Release one side at a time if there are multiple tabs.
You should see: The tabs clear the bracket and the unit comes free without cracking.
If a tab is stuck, flex only the tab—not the housing
Use a plastic pry tool or your fingernail on the tab itself while keeping gentle slide pressure. Avoid prying between the wall and the main plastic body. If a screw holds a decorative cover or bracket plate, remove that screw first.
You should see: The stuck tab flexes enough to clear, or you find a hidden screw retaining the mount.
Remove or leave the wall bracket as needed
