How do I activate a prepaid phone when the site only says Order Now?

An Order Now page is usually a retail purchase flow, not prepaid activation. Activate the prepaid line with your carrier’s Bring Your Own Phone / activate SIM tools, or dial the carrier’s activation short code from the new phone after the SIM is inserted—do not expect to paste a prepaid PIN on a generic Order Now product page.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Do not enter prepaid PINs on lookalike sites linked from unexpected texts or ads that only push Order Now.
Follow these steps
Leave the Order Now product page
Close the shopping or Order Now tab. That flow buys a new plan or phone; it will not accept an existing prepaid card number as a form field.
You should see: You are no longer stuck in a purchase cart that has no prepaid PIN box.
Insert the prepaid SIM and restart the phone
Power off the new phone, insert the prepaid SIM correctly, power on, and turn mobile data off and back on once—or restart once—so the phone can read the SIM.
You should see: The phone shows the carrier name or prompts for activation / mobile network setup.
Open the carrier’s official activate or BYOP page
From the carrier’s official site or app, choose Activate, Bring your own phone, or Redeem/Activate prepaid—not Shop or Order. Enter the SIM ICCID, IMEI, and prepaid PIN only on that activation form.
You should see: The site accepts the prepaid credentials and shows activation progress or a success message.
Use in-phone or dialer activation if offered
If the prepaid kit says to dial a short code or complete setup in Settings > Network / Mobile network, follow those carrier instructions from the new phone after the SIM is in.
You should see: The line activates and you can place a test call or see service bars for that prepaid number.
Confirm phone unlock and compatible network
If activation fails, check that the Samsung (or other) phone is unlocked and supports the carrier’s network bands. An locked or incompatible phone often sends you back to buy/order flows instead of activating.
You should see: You know whether to unlock the phone, swap SIMs, or contact the prepaid carrier with the IMEI and SIM details.
