Follow these steps
Turn Data Roaming off on the iPhone
Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data). Tap Cellular Data Options (or similar), then turn Data Roaming off. If you have multiple lines, check each line.
You should see: Data Roaming shows off for the line you use at home.
Confirm you are on the home network
Check the status bar for your US carrier name and normal signal. Toggle Airplane Mode on for 15 seconds, then off, if the phone still shows a foreign network name.
You should see: The iPhone shows your usual US carrier and can use domestic data.
Cancel a carrier international roaming pass
Open your carrier’s official app or website, find Travel, Roaming, or International plans, and cancel or end any temporary roaming pass you no longer need. Save a confirmation screenshot if offered.
You should see: The travel pass shows canceled, expired, or scheduled to end with no new daily fees.
Remove a temporary travel eSIM if you added one
