Follow these steps
Sign in on the official site
Open the website directly and sign in with the same email, username, or single sign-on method you used when the answers were posted.
You should see: You reach your signed-in home or account menu without an error, or you learn the password needs resetting.
Open your profile or activity history
Look for Profile, My account, Activity, Contributions, My posts, or History in the account menu. Open that page and sort or filter by oldest or by answers if those filters exist.
You should see: Your older answers or posts appear in a list, or the site shows that this account has no saved history.
Try site search while signed in
If there is no history page, use the site search for a distinctive phrase from an old answer, or filter results by your username if the site allows it.
You should see: You find the old content, or search confirms it is no longer publicly listed.
Recover the account only if sign-in fails
If you cannot sign in, use the official Forgot password or account recovery link on that same site, then return to the profile or activity page after you regain access.
