How do I pair Phonak Bluetooth hearing aids with a Windows PC?

Put the Phonak aids into pairing mode within about 30 seconds of powering them, turn Bluetooth off on previously paired phones, then add them in Windows Bluetooth settings when names such as NALFQ or NXRTU appear.
Follow these steps
Disconnect other Bluetooth devices
On any phone or tablet previously paired with the Phonak aids, turn Bluetooth off or forget the hearing aids so they are free to pair with the PC.
You should see: The aids are no longer actively connected to another device.
Put the aids in pairing mode
Open and close the battery doors, or power the aids off and back on, then begin PC pairing within about 30 seconds while they are discoverable.
You should see: The hearing aids are ready to appear in nearby Bluetooth device lists.
Add the device in Windows
On the PC, open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Bluetooth, then select the Phonak entry when it appears, such as NALFQ, NXRTU, or another Phonak-labeled name.
You should see: Windows shows the hearing aids as connected or paired.
Confirm audio output
Open Settings > System > Sound and check whether the Phonak device appears as an output option, then play a short test sound.
You should see: PC audio routes to the hearing aids, or you can see a clear connection status to share with Phonak support if not.
