Unplug the bed for 30–60 seconds, reseat the power brick and control-box cables, plug it back in, then follow Reverie’s pairing sequence for your remote model. Fresh remote batteries are required before pairing.

Follow these steps
Power-cycle the base
Unplug the bed from the wall for 30 to 60 seconds, then plug it back in.
You should see: The control box returns to a ready state.
Reseat power connections
Check that wall-to-brick and brick-to-control-box plugs are fully seated without bent pins.
You should see: All connectors sit firmly.
Prepare the remote
Install new batteries and keep the remote near the control box for pairing.
You should see: The remote LED lights when you press buttons.
Run the pairing sequence
Follow Reverie’s pairing steps for the ECB2208E2 or your exact remote—typically a sync button on the control box plus a remote button combination—then test head and foot movement.
