How do I request a refund on a Blidz account?
Answer
Open the Blidz app or website, go to your Orders, select the item, and use the official Return / Refund or Help option for that order. If the purchase was through Apple’s App Store (in-app), you may also need to request the refund from Apple’s Report a Problem page for that charge.

Follow these steps
Find the order in Blidz
Open the Blidz app or website, sign in, and go to Orders (or Account → Orders). Open the purchase you want refunded.
You should see: You see the order details and available actions such as Return, Refund, or Contact support.
Start the official refund or return
Choose Return / Refund or Help for that order. Follow the prompts to pick a reason and submit. If a physical return is required, follow the shipping instructions and keep the tracking number.
You should see: Blidz confirms the refund request or return label.
Check Apple for App Store charges
If the charge shows as Apple / App Store (for example in-app coins or a subscription), go to Apple’s Report a Problem page, find the Blidz charge, and request a refund there as well when appropriate.
You should see: Apple shows a refund request status for that charge.
Confirm the refund posts
Watch your Blidz order status and your card or Apple purchase history. Refunds can take several business days to appear after approval.
You should see: The order shows refunded or the payment method receives a credit.

Extra tips
What to look for: The order status in Blidz, whether the charge appears as Blidz or Apple, and any Return / Refund button on the order page.
Before you change anything: Have the order number, item name, and purchase date ready. Check whether the charge is from Blidz or Apple (App Store). Take photos if the item arrived damaged or not as described. Use only official Blidz/Apple support—not refund “helpers” from social media.
