Follow these steps
Sign in on amazon.com
Open amazon.com in a browser, sign in with the account that has Prime Video, and open Account & Lists.
You should see: Your Amazon account menu is visible.
Open Prime Video settings
Choose Prime Video Settings, or open Prime Video on the web and go to Account & Settings for that profile.
You should see: Prime Video settings pages load.
Reset Parental Controls PIN
Open the Parental Controls tab, authenticate if Amazon asks, then enter a new 5-digit Prime Video PIN and save it.
You should see: The new PIN is saved and older PIN prompts accept the new code.
Test on the device
Return to the Fire TV, TV app, or phone app, restart the app if needed, and enter the new PIN when prompted.
You should see: Playback or restricted titles unlock with the new PIN.
