Follow these steps
Pull crown to time position
Pull the crown out to the outermost position and turn the hands forward until the date just jumps; that point is midnight.
You should see: You know which side of 12 hours is correct for AM/PM.
Set the correct time
Continue setting the hands to the correct time. If the date was jumping at noon before, move the hands a full extra 12 hours.
You should see: The date will now change around midnight.
Set the date
Push the crown in one click to the date position and turn until the correct date (and day, if applicable) shows, avoiding the late-night restricted window.
You should see: The calendar shows the correct date.
Push crown in and wear
Press the crown fully in. Wear or gently wind the watch so the automatic movement stays powered.
You should see: The watch runs and keeps the correct date overnight.
