How do I show steps and change Celsius to Fahrenheit in FitCloudPro?
Answer
Keep the watch close to the phone, open FitCloudPro, pull down on the main screen to sync, then open the watch settings in the app and switch temperature units from Celsius to Fahrenheit.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- A factory reset erases watch data and should not be the first step for units or sync issues.
- Only install FitCloudPro from the official App Store or Google Play listing for your device.
Follow these steps
Force a sync for steps
Open FitCloudPro, keep the watch within a few feet of the phone, stay on the main page, and swipe down to refresh. Leave the app open for one to two minutes.
You should see: The step count updates on the main screen.
Switch temperature units
In FitCloudPro, open the watch or device settings and change temperature units from C to F, then sync again.
You should see: Temperature reads in Fahrenheit on the watch or in the app after sync.
Confirm Bluetooth connection
If sync fails, open phone Bluetooth settings, confirm the watch is connected, reopen FitCloudPro, and pull down to sync once more.
You should see: The app shows connected status and steps refresh.
Restart app and watch if needed
Force-close FitCloudPro, restart the watch per its power button method, reopen the app, and sync again from the main page.
You should see: Steps and temperature units appear correctly after the fresh connection.

Extra tips
What to look for: Missing step count on the FitCloudPro home screen, and temperature shown in °C instead of °F
Before you change anything: Confirm Bluetooth is on and the watch is paired in FitCloudPro. Keep the watch charged enough to sync. Note any other health apps that might also read the watch so you do not confuse data sources. Do not factory-reset the watch just to change temperature units.
