Follow these steps
Recover the Microsoft account on a computer
On a browser, sign in to the Microsoft account security pages and use the forgot passkey or security-info options until you can authenticate without the Xbox PIN.
You should see: You regain control of the Microsoft account credentials.
Review sign-in and passkey settings
In the Microsoft account, open sign-in or passkey/security settings and remove or replace a passkey you no longer have, if the account allows it.
You should see: A working sign-in method remains for the Xbox.
Fully power-cycle the Xbox
Turn the console completely off, unplug the power cord for 60 seconds, plug it back in, and start the Xbox again.
You should see: The console restarts with a fresh network and account prompt state.
Add or sign in to the profile again
On the Xbox, choose Add account or sign in with the recovered Microsoft account, completing any on-screen verification.
You should see: The profile returns and you can sign in without the old blocking PIN.
