How do you permanently remove an Easy Roam charge from a mobile bill?

Sign in to the carrier account, remove or cancel Easy Roam / international roaming features from plan add-ons, then request a billing adjustment for the new charge. Confirm in writing that the feature will not auto-readd.

Follow these steps
Find the add-on in the account
Sign in to the carrier app or website and open plan details / add-ons. Look for Easy Roam, international roaming packs, or similar.
You should see: You see whether Easy Roam is still enabled on the line.
Cancel the feature
Remove or turn off Easy Roam and any auto-renew international day passes. Save confirmation screenshots.
You should see: The add-on shows canceled or removed.
Request a credit for the new charge
Contact carrier billing, reference last month’s reversal and this month’s repeat Easy Roam charge, and ask for a credit plus permanent suppression of the feature.
You should see: Billing credits the charge and notes the feature should not return.
Verify on the next bill
When the next statement posts, confirm Easy Roam is absent. If it reappears, escalate with your prior cancellation confirmation.
You should see: Future bills no longer include Easy Roam.
