Seat the main cable
Plug the main multi-connector firmly into that port until it is fully seated.
You should see: The cable locks or sits flush with no wobble.
Attach the AC adapter to the cable
Plug the round AC adapter into the power lead/splitter on that cable assembly, then into the wall.
You should see: The terminal powers on or shows a boot screen.
Recheck if still dead
Unplug, reseat the multipoint cable, try a known-good outlet, and confirm you are using the original power brick.
