How do I cancel Disney+ after I was charged again?
Answer
Cancel Disney+ in the same place you subscribed—Disney+ account settings, or Apple/Google/Amazon subscriptions if you billed through a store. After canceling, request a refund from that same billing channel if a charge posted after you already canceled.
Before you start: stop right away if…
- Only use official Disney+ or app-store pages—avoid random “cancel helper” sites.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the billing partner’s policy timing.
Follow these steps
Identify who billed you
Check the bank/app-store descriptor. If it shows Apple, Google, or Amazon, that store controls cancelation; if it shows Disney, use Disney+ account billing.
You should see: You know the correct cancelation channel.
Cancel in that channel
In Disney+ account settings choose Cancel subscription, or open the Apple/Google/Amazon subscriptions page and cancel Disney+ there. Save the confirmation.
You should see: The subscription shows an end date and no future renewal.
Sign out of extra devices if needed
Sign out of Disney+ on TVs you no longer use so you are not prompted into a new subscribe flow by mistake.
You should see: Only intended devices remain signed in.
Request a refund for the unwanted charge
Use Disney+ billing help for direct Disney charges, or the Apple/Google/Amazon report-a-problem/refund flow for store billing.
You should see: A refund request is submitted or the platform explains eligibility.

Extra tips
What to look for: Whether the charge says Disney, Apple, Google, or Amazon, and a cancel confirmation email or on-screen end date.
Before you change anything: Find the charge descriptor on your bank statement. Sign in with the email used for Disney+. Cancel in the store that actually billed you. Keep screenshots of the cancel confirmation.
