How do I turn off Voice Guide talking on a Samsung TV?

Follow these steps
Open Accessibility settings
Press Home or Menu on the Samsung remote, then go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility.

Turn off Voice Guide and Audio Description
Select Voice Guide and turn it Off. Also turn off Audio Description if it is enabled.
