Follow these steps
Update GOAT from Play Store
Open the Google Play Store, search for GOAT, and tap Update if an update is available. Then open GOAT again and test swipe.
You should see: GOAT is on the latest version and swipe begins working, or the same swipe failure remains.
Force-close and reopen GOAT
Open Android Recents, swipe GOAT away to close it fully, then launch GOAT again and retry the swipe action.
You should see: The app reloads cleanly and swipe responds.
Retry on cellular data
Turn off Wi-Fi, stay on cellular data, reopen GOAT, and try the swipe feature again.
