Follow these steps
Power-cycle the frame and router

Move the frame near the router
During setup, place the frame within a few feet of the router to rule out weak signal.

Connect using 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi
Choose the 2.4 GHz network name if your router shows separate bands, or temporarily disable 5 GHz/band steering if the frame never lists the network.
